Various Work Carried OutRefurb of enclosed solarium
Cleared out old furniture and moved all obstacles ready to begin work. Painted 2 coats of white to interior walls after filling and repairing cracks and holes. Cleaned floors off in preparation for new floor tiles to be laid. New tiles of client’s choice, laid and then grouted to match. New built in wardrobes custom made and fitted in to one end of the room, recycling some of the wood from the old wardrobes to save some money for the client. 3 floor to ceiling doors bought and fitted to cover the storage area. Butterfly stencil bought and put on the doors to give it some personality.
Cupboard area for pc
Bespoke computer area built with cupboards and keyboard sliding shelf. Doors custom made to create cupboards, sliding shelf custom made to slide under the desk.
All painted to clients preference. Feature wall created with clients chosen colour and tv mounted onto wall above the fireplace.
Kitchen
Kitchen remodeled to receive a new fridge freezer. Kitchen granite side had to be cut and cupboards moved around to fit the fridge freezer in as before they had separate under side fridge and freezer.
New Lock
Back sliding door was manipulated so as to install a lock that could be used to enter and leave out of this door for ease. Originally no way of going out that door and being able to lock it behind yourself.
