External DecorationTu Casa Bonita jet washed all exterior paint to remove sand and dirt. Raked out all cracks and holes and filled with new mortar etc. sealed all new repairs. Painted all the white with 2 coats of high quality masonry paint. All the amber colour had 2 and in some places 3 coats of high quality masonry paint.
All grilles were rubbed down to create a key for the new gloss paint, then painted using correct paint type. Balustrades all jet washed and rubbed down to remove dirt and flaking paint, then given 2 coats of balustrade satin paint. Everything then cleaned and given the once over with the client to make sure nothing was missed.
